Chatrigger is a SaaS software solution that enables users to create and integrate customizable chatbots on their websites or on dedicated pages.
The service is offered as a free plan and paid subscription plans with varying limits and features.
By creating an account and using Chatrigger, the user acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions without reservation.

3. Subscription Plans and Payment

Chatrigger offers multiple subscription plans, including a Free plan and paid plans.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s own terms of service.
Subscriptions are billed automatically according to the chosen billing period.
Users can cancel their subscription directly via Stripe at any time.
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
To access Chatrigger, users must create an account and validate their email address.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Accounts can be deleted at any time by the user through the account interface.

4. Account Creation and Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited:
1. Any act intended to interrupt, suspend, or disrupt the proper functioning of the site or service.
2. Any intrusion or attempted intrusion into Chatrigger’s systems.
3. Any misuse of system resources or attempts to bypass security measures.
4. Any activity that infringes upon the financial, commercial, or moral rights of Chatrigger or its users.
5. Any unlawful, racist, pornographic, or defamatory use of the service.
6. Any violation of applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms.
Users agree to indemnify Chatrigger for any damages or legal actions resulting from misuse of the service.
Chatrigger reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete any account in the event of a breach of these conditions or misuse of the service, without prior notice or compensation.

Chatrigger uses third-party services such as Supabase, Stripe, n8n, and Google Analytics to provide and improve its service.
Personal data is collected and processed in compliance with applicable regulations.

Users are responsible for ensuring the compatibility and proper configuration of their systems when using Chatrigger.

Users who disagree with the new Terms must stop using the service and may delete their account.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the registered office of the company, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
